Howdy, Weaponeers. With the Melanie Holman case closed, it’s time to look ahead to Case 004, which will be coming soon. Some new characters will be making their debut in this story, and here are Dave’s designs for two of them.

Paul Hammerlocke – The Deputy Chief of Operations – Central Bureau, Hammerlocke has had a long and distinguished career with the LAPD, and he’s earned a reputation as the city’s toughest cop. But when a murder rocks the department, Hammerlocke’s past will be called into question.

Johnny – “Johnny” is a special friend of TATM’s. According to her, he rides a motorcycle and is awesome. It’s entirely possible that she doesn’t know him as well as she thinks she does.

Case 004 will be starting up Monday, February 22. Next week will be a Week of Hype, with previews and other surprises all week. A special bonus strip will run the week of February 15, but we’ll tell you more about that next week. See you Monday!
