Case 001: Joseph Alphonse
The discovery of a handless, headless and footless body in a playground leads Frank and FELIX on a race against time from downtown to LAX to catch the killer. Featuring mild hallucinogens, a talking camel, and a crazy old lady on an airplane. Plus: Dr. Elvis begins his quest to exact financial retribution on Frank.

Case 002: Charles Liu
When a Chinese delivery driver is found with two bullets in his chest, the murder hits home for his best customer: Detective Frank Gorman. Two detectives from Homicide Special are put on the case, but Frank vows to catch the killer himself, and FELIX must choose between his partner and his idol to see that justice is served.
